Apartments & Bungalows to rent in Playa de Gandia (Spain)

The Apartments are approximately 50 m2 and consist of 1, 2 or 3 double bedrooms. The Bungalows are approximately 50 m2, and consist of 2, 3 or 4 double bedrooms. All have dining room with TV socket (TVs can be rented), a kitchen fully equipped with kitchen utensils and gas cooker with oven, a shower room / WC and furnished terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekley. Please note that the Apartments / Bungalows do not have daily maid service and air conditioning.

Within the communal gardens there are two swimming pools (one for children), and areas for sports (table tennis, football,basketball and tennis). There is a laundry with two commercial type washing machines (Miele tokens) and ironing facilities. Parking is available but not included in the price of the Apartment /Bungalow.

El Álamo is situated on Carrer Illes Balears, 12 and just 150 meters from the beach, and close the Marina and Port of Gandia, making it ideal for families.

Minimum stay:

July, August and September (high season): minimum one week.

October to June (University course duration): NOT rent weekends, New Year and Easter.
